1a. Rollup payments MUST be made on the website in advance of play. NO PAY – NO PLAY. Payouts will be made within 7 days of play to your club bar card.
1b. Handicaps will be 100% of Course Handicap. Submitted scores must use the 18 hole card. If white tees are in play, playing handicap will be calculated off White slope table, although we will use yellow tees on the par 3’s and the 5th hole.
1c. If yellow tees are in play, playing handicap will be calculated off Yellow slope table.
1d. If any hole(s) are not in play or the number holes are reduced for any reason the player will be awarded 2 pts per hole not played.
1e. If we are playing off Yellow tees, cards can be submitted to IG for handicap purposes, Players must register their intention to submit a card on IG App and MUST be agreed prior to Tee off with your playing partners.


2. The weekly winner will be deducted shots off playing handicap for next 2 roll-ups played based on table below:
Division 1 – 0-9 – 1 shot 
Division 2 – 10-18 – 2 shots
Division 3 – 19-54 – 3 shots

Division 1 – 0-9 – 1 shot

3. Second place will be deducted 1 shot for the next 2 roll ups played. 
3a. Back 9 count-back will be used if there are any ties.

4. Any player, winning or not, will be deducted 1 shot for the whole season if they score 40 points or more.

5. The Season Champion is determined by calculating the best 5 scores plus the seasons worst score.
5a
. If there is a tie the highest lowest score will win.
5b. If there is still a tie the highest weekly score will win.
5c. To win the Rollup you must play in a minimum of 5 games.
5d. If for any reason the Rollup season cannot be completed, the player at the top of the leader-board shall be declared the winner.

6. Team scores will be the average score for any group of 3 or 4 players, e.g. 32 + 34 + 31 + 29 = 31.5 as the Team Score. Scores must be recorded on the website immediately on completion of play.
6a. Each Winning team player will be deducted 1 shot for 2 weeks on top of any individual deductions

7. Any player not entering their score on completion of their round will be awarded a default score of 18 points.

8. All players scores must count on all holes.

9. Entry cost is £5 per person per game. £2.50 team prize, £2.00 first second place. 50p to Hole in One Prize

10. Prizes are awarded to the winning team and first and second single winners each week.

11. There is a minimum requirement of 6 players to count as a “Qualifying” Rollup. New players to Rollup cannot win an individual prize on their first 3 appearances although they can win the team prize.

12. The Hole in One prize will be capped at £250 for any player scoring a Hole in One – any drinks for the other Rollup members is at the prize-winners discretion. If the Hole in One prize fund should exceed £500 the organisers may organise social activities from time to time to disperse excess funds.

13. To qualify for the Hole in One prize, players must have played in at least 5 Roll-ups in the previous or current season.
